By accessing or using AI Host ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, and meet any higher age of majority required where you live, to use this Service. All people depicted in uploaded or generated images and videos must be adults aged 18 or older. Do not submit content if you cannot confirm that requirement.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Virtual Currency
The Service uses virtual currency ("diamonds") for transactions: • Diamonds have no real-world monetary value • Diamonds cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts • Unused diamonds are non-refundable except as required by law • We reserve the right to modify diamond prices and packages
5. Acceptable Use
You must NOT: • Upload, generate, edit, request, or share images or videos depicting anyone under 18, or depicted as under 18, including real people, fictional characters, AI-generated media, face swaps, and other synthetic content • Create or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, or non-consensual intimate content • Use another person's likeness without their explicit permission for the intended use • Use the Service illegally; harass or harm others; access others' accounts; evade safety controls or bans; distribute malware; or infringe intellectual property rights • Use automated tools without permission
6. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AI tools is for entertainment and creative purposes: • AI output may not always be accurate • AI content does not represent professional advice • We are not responsible for actions taken based on AI content • AI characters and generated scenes are fictional unless explicitly provided by you
7. User-Created Content
You retain ownership of your original content and grant us only the rights needed to process, deliver, and operate the Service. Private media is treated as confidential under our Privacy Policy; public display requires your sharing or publication choice. Access needed for service delivery, support, safety review, or legal obligations is subject to that policy. The Service does not provide long-term or permanent image or video storage. Download files you wish to keep promptly. File availability is limited and may end; this is not a promise of immediate deletion from every system. Retention, backups, and legal-preservation exceptions are explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
9. Payment Terms
All purchases are: • Processed by third-party payment providers • Subject to the provider's terms and conditions • Final and non-refundable except as required by law • Subject to applicable taxes
10. Termination
We may restrict content, suspend access, or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraud, or abuse. Suspected minor-content violations may lead to immediate access restrictions while we investigate. Confirmed violations of the prohibition on minor content will result in permanent account termination. We may remove or restrict the content, preserve necessary evidence, and make reports where required by applicable law. Creating another account to evade a ban is prohibited. Contact support@cling-ai.com to report abuse or request review of an enforcement decision. You may delete your account through the app settings; data deletion remains subject to the retention and legal-preservation provisions in our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
