We do not provide long-term or permanent image or video storage. Download files you wish to keep promptly. Media may be retained for processing, delivery, support, and safety investigations; availability in your account does not determine whether every stored copy has been deleted. Account, transaction, and security records have separate retention needs. Temporary processing copies, caches, and backups may remain after a file disappears from your account while applicable retention processes run. We do not promise immediate deletion of all copies or one deletion deadline for every data category. Report suspected minor content or a child's account to support@cling-ai.com using account or task identifiers; do not attach suspected illegal material. We may restrict access, preserve necessary evidence, and report as required by applicable law.
